A tall, right-arm fast-medium bowler and a lower-order hard-hitting batsman, Anwar Khan toured Australia and New Zealand in 1979-80. He only made it into the Test team when Imran Khan was injured. He scored 12 and 3 not out and afterwards was unable to find a place in the side.
